Board of directors

Dougherty Apartments is governed by a committed Board of Directors with representation from Willoughby City Council and Homes NSW, together with a majority of independent Directors.

The Board provides independent oversight and strategic leadership, ensuring the organisation is well governed, financially sustainable and focused on delivering safe, high-quality care and services to our community.

The Board meets every two months and is responsible for monitoring organisational performance, including service quality, risk management, compliance, and strategic direction, to ensure we meet our obligations and continuously improve outcomes for residents.

The Board is supported by two standing committees – the Clinical Governance and Care Committee, and the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.
