Dougherty Apartments brings together residential aged care, retirement living and public housing in a unique, integrated community in Chatswood.
Proudly serving the community since 1989, we provide a place to call home, where people can live with dignity, stay connected and continue doing what they love.
A thoughtfully designed community
Our eight-storey residence offers a range of living options within a welcoming and connected environment:
- Retirement living units (15 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom and one three-bedroom unit, some with balconies), public housing apartments and 70 residential aged care rooms with private ensuites
- A 14-bed dedicated Memory Support Wing (the Palmer Wing), providing specialised care in a safe and familiar setting
- Comfortable, light-filled accommodation, with many rooms and units overlooking surrounding parklands
- Retirement living and public housing are located on the ground and upper levels, supporting independence within a secure and connected community setting
- Shared indoor, outdoor and landscaped garden spaces that encourage connection, recreation and relaxation
- Nursing and care support, secure access and modern safety systems, providing reassurance while supporting independence.
