- Directly next door and accessed via an internal connecting door, the Dougherty Community Centre is right on your doorstep.
- Home to the popular Blend Café which opens daily from 7am–3pm, it also offers a wide range of classes and activities throughout the week.

- Shared rooftop garden spaces bring a sense of the outdoors into daily life, offering you a peaceful retreat within our community.
Innovative wellbeing services
- Our award-winning wellbeing approach includes innovative therapies such as NeuronsVR, alongside tailored activities that support wellbeing, connection and quality of life.
Hair salon
- Our on-site hair salon offers you a range of professional services designed for convenience and care.
- Services include style cuts, blow-dries, wash and sets, perms and colouring, with appointments available on a Wednesday each week.

- A weekly GP clinic is held on Level 2 and is available to all residents of Dougherty Apartments.
- A visiting podiatrist also attends weekly, providing convenient access to foot care services for all residents.
Beauty therapy services
- Our visiting Beauty Therapist attends weekly, providing a range of personalised treatments to support wellbeing and self-care.
- Services include manicures, waxing, tinting and skin care treatments, all offered on a pay-per-service basis for convenience and flexibility.
