Retirement living
For many people, moving into retirement living comes from a desire for a simpler, supported lifestyle. For some maintaining a large, family home has become too demanding, while others are seeking improved accessibility or a welcoming community with shared facilities and security.
At Dougherty Apartments, our Retirement Living units offer the best of both worlds — the independence of a private home with the reassurance of a welcoming and supportive community.
Independent living with peace of mind
Our retirement living community comprises 81 fully self-contained apartments located across Levels 3 to 8.
Designed for comfort, privacy and ease of living, residents can enjoy an independent lifestyle while benefiting from secure basement parking, shared amenities and community spaces, on-site support services, maintenance and enhanced security.
Welcoming communal lounges on each level provide opportunities to relax, connect with neighbours and enjoy community life, while the rooftop garden offers a peaceful outdoor space to unwind and enjoy fresh air.
Ideally located in the heart of Chatswood, residents are just moments from shopping, dining, entertainment and the Chatswood Transport Interchange, making it easy to stay connected to the wider community.
